Gloria excells in fusing Latin flavors with international cuisine. Proficient in preparing Asian, Italian, Mexican, Spanish, and Middle East cuisine Gloria can easily create themed buffets, á la Carte menus, formal and casual dining, degustation menus, finger food cocktails, special diets (low fat, carb free, gluten free), children menus, BBQs, and much more! Gloria trained under Ramón Freixa, a chef of international renown at the Attico restaurant which is recognized with two Michelin stars and three Repsol soles. Gloria speaks Spanish and English.
